I started using Ti Silc in June after cosmetic surgery. It was used as both my moisturizer (daytime) and sunblock. I was so impressed with the results of this sunblock I looked a little deeper into what it was all about any why my surgeon would recommend it.It protects against 90% of the suns uva rays, and 100% of uvb rays. It is sweat proof and has micronized titanium dioxide, it is of course moisturizing has a little beige color to it has no Paba or fragrance and can be used on children.
Now, I continue to use it instead of foundation, it gives my skin a fresh natural dewy look. I spend a lot of time in the summer in my back yard pool and experienced NO redness at all I use the spf 45. Protection lasts for 80 min although I am a little paranoid so I reapply after 60. But on a normal work day Once in the morning does it! |

Yes, I used this one too about a year and a half ago. It gave a nice matte finish, not greasy.
It has both physical and chemical sunscreen components to it.
Here are the ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Octinoxate 6.5%, Titanium Dioxide 3.5%
Other Ingredients: Water, Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Isopropyl Palmitate, Isocetyl Stearate, Sunflower Oil, Squalane, Dimethicone Copolyol, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Chloride, Hydrogenated Polybutene, Silica, Melanin, Iron Oxides, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate. |
