It takes me like well more than half an hr just to do that *shake head* Sad I applied sunscreen, then foundation and concealer. I see those girls on Youtube doing tutorials and such...and it takes them like just 10mins or so to finish the face. I feel like I'm so~ slow. When I applied ss, I always make sure I go over every single inch of my face so not to miss it and perhaps that's why it took so long? Confused Also, when I apply concealer to my eye circles, it takes me like 5mins cuz it's so dark and I have to apply 2layers to hide it. I'm really hating my forever routine in the morning. And then at nite, it takes me like 20mins to remove everything...not to mention another 5mins or so to moisturize my face...I feel like I'm spending my life in the washroom LOL Laughing

Anyways, any ladies out here experience the same as me? I feel kinda frustrated sometimes that it takes me forever to get ready & still, it's not like my makeup is perfect too Embarassed

Keep in mind that practice really does define your technique. (Notice how I did not say practice makes perfect.)

When I started wearing mineral makeup it took me a while as there is a learning curve compared to regular makeup.

Also, as I am almost 50 I have acquired the attitude of "good enough", so I don't try to conceal everything I could.

I agree, at 56 I have worn MMU for over 15 years but initially it took a number of tries to get it down. One little trick I have found really helps is if your sunscreen is a bit oily before applying MMU lightly dust with the finishing powder, it helps it go on smoothly.

The brand I use has a great section on application tips for mineral makeup, it's worth a read. Smile

just check for application tips. Smile
