I really wish I had some more self control. I was telling myself to seek more advise from the experts here before splashing out but I was in town and......
Anyway, I've brought the Clear and the Exfoderm Forte. Whist I was at it I also brought the Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Eye.
So now I really need some advise please. Am I correct in thinking my routine should be -
AM - cleanser, toner, Clear, Exfoderm, PTR Un-Wrinke Eye and sunscreen
PM - cleanser, toner, Clear and PTR Un-Wrinkle Eye
Am I allowed to apply the clear and Exfoderm on the area under my eye prior to applying PTR? Do I need to apply moisturiser? Should I be using anything else?
I'm thinking the Clear should help the tone of my skin and the sun spots and freckles and the Exfoderm should help with the large pores and blackheads and acne. Is this right?
Please don't tell me I've brought the wrong products!!!! |

I do not know about that line,
but I think that when you start on very active ingredients you should not use them every day at first or it can irritate you skin a lot.
I actually had some blemish products and was trying to use the same serum monring and night and after 2 days my skin burned when I tried the use the same product.
Now I am just going to very sparingly try and work in any new treatments
I just have a obagi sunscreen sample, but have not tried it yet... |

If you are doing the full Obagi NuDerm routine, it should be:
AM
Cleanser
Toner
Clear
Exfoderm
Sunfader
Sunscreen
PM
Cleanser
Toner
Clear
Blender mixed with tretinoin
Do not apply the Exfoderm around the eyes. You can but don't have to apply tretinoin on eyes but don't do it daily and don't by very much. |

The NuDerm system is just that, a system, which has several products designed to be used in conjunction with one another in specific order and quantity. It really isn't all that complex but I will say it is a test of endurance because the protocol is 18 weeks and the side effects are not to be taken lightly. There are several current and older threads on Obagi with tons of advice and information. |
