I knew that and see it even with women in their 30's actually not just women, men too... I think in your early 30's get your body in the shape that you want to be and stay that way, because yo-yoing is just going to ruin things... I dont think, things just snap back after a certain age... and ideas on this?

I have a tendency to yo-yo very easily and in times of stress and when my body fluctuates like that I appear gaunt, but lately and being on menopause it's been hard to keep the weight down to my ideal body weight. I have made the decision I want to appear a little chubby than to look gaunt, so I "try" to do weights and trim my waist with every method possible I can find and at least one long walk per day. I try to eat healthy as much as I can but no special diets nor restrictions for me and lots and lots of water. |

In my case i think is the opposite. I´m 5´1 and 5/6 years ago when I was 49 kgs my face contours were amazing, perfect jaw, no double chin. Now i´m 53 kgs and i lost my face contours. I´ve been trying to tone up my skin without having to lose weight but seems almost impossible. I feel better like this because I don´t look fat and I get to eat almost what I want. The problem are the saggy cheeks and double chin Any advice on this please? |

When I was visiting my family, we watched a show called "Biggest loser". I didn't know about it but it's a show where people lose a lot of weight! I only watched the final but I actually enjoyed it (and was hoping that my sister and her partner would become motivated to lose some weight!).
There was an older woman who lost a lot of weight (I think she's the one that lost the most or something among the non-finalists) and you could tell how much her face had wrinkled. She definitely looked older... but still much better! I'd be curious to know if in... let's say 6 months her skin snaps back a little and she looks less wrinkled. |
