Just got my ultrasonic face toy with +ve and -ve ions. Which is the best gel to use with ions? I have seen web site of Rankine, Jellen and SBC but can't decide what to get ! I want to drive obagi vit C and PSF DMAE nutrients (they are not ionised). As expected, the product manual is completely useless . Thanks a bunch. |

Hi Sandy. I've only ever used Rankine so I can't tell you how it compares to the others. I can only tell you that I like it very much. |

Hi Skippie, Thanks for the response. I am also leaning towards Rankine, the price is reasonable and gels look good! What routine do you use? As I understand these are the steps:
- Cleanse the face. Apply -ve gel and use -ve ions to drive it into skin.
- wash the face and dry.
- Apply nutrients (vit c).
- Apply +ve ion gel and use +ve ions to drive it.
- Do you wash the face afterwards or leave it on?
I feel frustrated with lack of information on proper use. Seems like even manufacturers are not sure how to effectively use the product, so they just hide behind vague language . |

I'm not using anything under the gels, Sandy. I use the negative gel and then the positive. I'm still on my original bottles and I do wipe off whatever gel is remaining after I'm finished. Your process sounds correct to me, but if you have specific questions about the process, I'm sure you could ask the people at Rankine's. They have a live help feature on their site. |
