I bought this set of fake bangs on a whim, not really expecting much since I paid only $13 for them. In fact, they came today and I just tossed the package on the coffee table and forgot about it until about an hour ago.
Much to my surprise, I LOVE THESE THINGS! They have tapered pieces on the side that curve against my jaw. I've been complaining about my long, thin face lately and these bangs are just the doctor ordered!
I would have cut bangs, but my hair has a big cowlick right at the hairline, and bangs never lay flat and straight for me, no matter how much I iron them or how thick I cut them. They always end up in two comma-shaped hunks of hair that only emphasize, not hide, my high forehead.
Do they look natural? Well, no, not really. Anyone who looks closely at the top of my head would be able to tell they are fake. But I'm tall, and don't spend a lot of time with people who stare at the top of my head! LOL
The shade that I got - Golden Wheat/Light Golden Blonde - matches very closely to my natural color. In the reviews I read, some people complained that the hair looked too shiny - that must be on the dark colors though, because this doesn't look especially shiny.
I'm really psyched - I've never worn any kind of fake hair before and now I want more! They have a 21-inch straight hair extension that I want too - I watched the youtube video and it's super easy to put in and doesn't damage the hair. It's about $95 on Amazon and $50 on ebay - guess I know where I'll be buying it from! |

Ive got two pony tails(different colours) ,two scrunchies (different colours)and two clip on ones. they are brilliant and depending on how my hair looks colour wise, I choose either. Nobody has been able to tell that they are fake,Ive given a few a surprise when Ive pulled them out!! Been good fun too |

I want to get a ponytail too. I like the 23" one - I also like the way it wraps around the hair, so you can put it up or braid it if you are so inclined.
The scrunchies look interesting too!
I am totally hooked on fake hair now! LOL |

I love mine, too! I've gotten a ton of compliments thought the people who know me think it's odd that I also of a sudden "grew" bangs :P Can't you tell I work with a lot of guys! lol |

I think I'm going to order the braided headband - I might could use it to hide the top of the bangs. I love braids but my own hair is so fine that I get tiny skimpy braids that don't hold and are not fat enough for a bun. |

Well, I couldn't resist! I found the 23" extension with soft waves on ebay for $27.00 and snapped it up. I LOVE EBAY!!!!!
It was all I could do not to order the 21" straight extension. Or the braided chignon.
I've also seen a side swept bang on ebay, which would look lovely with my new 23" long waves, but it's kind of expensive and only in the UK (they ship to US but w/shipping it's not a deal) so I might as well order straight from Hairdo.
I am so addicted to fake hair already - one set of bangs was all it took. It's like crack! |

On a whim, I got bangs a few weeks ago and HATE them. If only I'd tested the water with these.... |

You might get used to them! I wish I could cut them but the aforementioned cowlick forbids it. |
