I finally found a mascara that won't smudge! I've tried all the best drugstore and name brand mascaras but they don't do it for me. Eventually, all mascara smudges except for this one! I love the Kiss Me mascara because it makes a tube around your lashes and holds your curl. One of my favourite parts, drum roll please, it doesn't require makeup remover at all. It's just warm water and gentle pressure. They slip/flake right off and your lashes remain soft and undamaged. My lashes are very soft now. There are some setbacks though:
A. You need to avoid oil based makeup/lotions before applying. Apparently the mascara doesn't stay on too well. I won't know since I barely have anything oil based.
B. You can't do a second coat after it's dried. Gotta do it within the first two minutes before it dries out.
C. You can't touch your eyelashes or disturb them before it dries. It'll flake or clump. Then you'll either have to live with it or start over.
D. It takes longer to dry -- like two minutes. But I usually just do the rest of my face while I wait.
E. I bought the volumizing one. Maybe I'm not applying a whole lot but there's not a whoole lot of volume. But it's nice and dark and natural looking.
None of these setbacks are a bother to me though. I love it. Especially when I don't have to worry about smudging -- even if I fall asleep without taking it off.
I love the natural look, the ease of removal and the long-lasting non-smudge properties.
Oh! By the way, I think you can swim with them too (but maybe not in the hottub). They need BOTH warm water and gentle pressure to be removed. Great for rainy Vancouver weather! |

Isn't this the mascara that forms a tube over your own lashes to lenthen them? Isn't it hard to remove? |

Yea. It's that one. I never have a problem removing them. I don't need to rub hard or anything. But I do have the volumizing version and this one flakes off instead of coming off in tubes like the original formulation. So maybe the original is more difficult but I can't say. |

I've used the original version of this for years, and it's one of my HG products. It does come off easily, I just very gently tug the "tubes" off my eyelashes while I'm washing my face at night and they go right down the drain. I imagine the tubes could rub off with a washcloth too. Yet somehow it all holds together all day without smudging. Wonderful1 |

I never used the volumizing one, but the original one was very good. I agree, the tubes come off easily with just water. And it does not smudge. I had it in purple and loved it. Too bad the volumizing one smudges, I was actually considering to buy it. |

I love this mascara. It comes off easily with a warm washcloth but won't budge otherwise. |

I have deep set eyes and could never wear mascara without looking like a raccoon in a few hours. Then I discovered Blinc. Love! |

I did use blinc, but it damaged my lashes, my them break off halfway etc., since using Careprost/Lumigen.
I switched to Miranesse at Mabsy's recomendation and love it. Same principal, not as harsh as doesn't break my lashes off. There are two formulas and the one in the gold tube works best. |

I am glad this seems to work for most but I didn't care for either formula, just doesn't give the same omph as other mascaras I have used and even though it slipped off I find the tubes get on my face and even at times in my eyes. |

Annie,
Which one Mirenesse are you talking about? Most of them are in golden tubes. |

I believe they all have the tubing effect but here is the one I tried and first tube was horrid, but on Annie's recommendation I gave it another shot and it works great!
I must have gotten a bum tube on the first one, so purchased a new one.

I like the blue black color that they offer it in. But it's sold out |

Isn't that always the way? My other nightmare is finding the greatest cosmetic that works beautifully for me and poof it's discontinued! |

That never happened to me yet. I would be devastated if it did.
has anyone tried their compact foundation? |

I have and it's nice, I am just a loose MMU user and especially with South Florida's heat and humidity I just prefer that to a cream base. |

I've tried blinc kiss me mascara in the past. (love the name btw) It worked well but sometings a piece of the tubing would fall off into my eyes and damn that would hurt. It could have been user error on my part but I've swiched to a super cheap avon brand called wash off waterproof. Love the avon mascara, truly smudgeproof and it doesn't have that stiff feel of most waterproof mascaras. |

There was an old member who love this mascara and I promised myself that I would give it a try. I didn't after all these years, so I placed my order with the Fall special.
I'm glad that this thread was created and I can't wait to get my order. |

I used the Avon mascara in the past and it worked great, the only reason I stopped was I never bothered to find a new rep after moving 9 years ago! |

Avon was not bad, especially when there was a sale, but I used to sell Avon and found that the storage of their products made me wonder of it's final quality.
I normally use Dior, Chanel, Lancome and want to try Fusion Beauty lashfusion XL. I finally bought Blinc mascara and will give that a try.
Do you remember a forum member who is not around anymore by the name of abejita? I found her to be very nice and we had similar interest in skin care. |

You mean eyes? Mascara is for enhancing lashes. |

i love the blinc volume mascara... rather than pulling off the tubes, the substance disintegrates while washing my face.
has anyone tested either of the blinc mascaras in a swimming pool or in the sea??? |

I just got the regular mascara and I find that it doesn't come off with just soap and water. |

I've been using Blinc for a few years. Loved it at first but then noticed dry, brittle eyelashes. I still use Blinc mascara but not every day. More in the summer. I swim in the lake and found the tubes come off. At least there is no mess. You really can't get dramatic volume but for everyday at the beach it's OK. |
