Hello all, I tried searching for this topic but didn't find anything, so I thought I would put it out to the interwebs for advice.
Recently, within the last 5 weeks, I have been having headaches often, sometimes a few times a week. They are always after 1pm, always on the same side of my head.
I haven't changed my diet, exercise or medications. My husband just ask me "Could it be the new skincare products you're using?" Ummmm...
I am using ZO Medical at the moment and have added in HQ and Retin A on a daily basis over the last 4 weeks.
Anyone else have a similar reaction or have other thoughts? Anything would be appreciated. Nothing seems to get rid of the headache except for sleep & a new day. |

Hi Ready, I have never heard of having this reaction but anything is possible. Sometimes headaches can be brought on by something being out of alignment on that side of the body and the bone or muscle/tendon is pushing or pulling against something else. That tension isn't always the same during the day depending on how your standing/sitting etc. I know I can get headaches if the bone in the base of my skull is pushing up into the back of my head. |
