I meant to try this for months and finally bought some powdered milk the other day. Here is a blog post about it:

I figured out a better way to make it last night-- I put two teaspoons of the powdered milk in a bowl and stirred in a little water to make a paste. It makes a nice, thick kind of mask that you can put on your face in layers. I put the whole bowl on and then let it dry as a mask. Made my skin kind of soft and less flaky afterwards. |
