Sunlit has posted her wonder exercise from Eva Fraser (the lower face lift). Has anyone tried that exercise for a while? Does it really work?
I can't reach Sunlit herself. I don't think she is active anymore on this forum..
Facial exercises have done no good to me, but she recommended this very unique exercise. I just wanna know if it will do me good or not..

Hi Ingrid3, and welcome!
Not knowing what facial exercises you have tried or for how long, or what you consider makes them 'work' and considering everyone is different... just give this one exercise a try for say two months, five days a week, three repeats, hold strong, release... not much.
This particular ex. I find lifts the jaw line, lower face and the cheeks, it is easy to do, but as any ex. you have to do it for a certain lapse of time to see or feel any difference. Just my opinion, until you don't give it a real try you will never know if it can work for you  .
