I asked this in another thread but no one said anything. Just wondering if there's a facial exercise for the corners of the mouth area. Does one exist? I get paranoid about this area getting droopy by the corners of the mouth. Anyone know of any? TIA. ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

There are several, but I think like most things the best thing is to do a program for the whole face. Whilst you say you are most worried re corners, these can be due to sagging cheeks (hell when I had that issue it was after losing weight and my muscles were definitely sagging, plus I was 50 at the time!).
Tom Haggerty has a great site which has a mouth exercise that may help http://www.shapeyourface.com/exercise_two.htm

There are several exercises that work this area. And others that work a different area, but impact this area. I would not personally recommend one without seeing pics and having a clue as to what is CAUSING this to happen. |
