HI,
I started doing Tanaka last year and I absolutely love it becuae of the way it makes me look. I look younger with softer features and my skin is glowy!.
However I have seen that after few days of the massage I start getting spots. My skin is not sensitive and I have never been prone to spots. As a result I have to discontinue the massage untill my skin adjusts. I have tried
Rose hip oil
Avocado oil
hemp seed oil
Specially formulated massage creams from India
Cleansers
I m still on a quest for that perfect medium for this massage. So I want to know what everyone uses. |

I have used lots of different oils and much prefer to use CeraVe cream. TO me it's the perfect massage medium for the face. I then use a hot washcloth and continue with rest of regimine. |

I use oatmeal water. Just a few scoops of oatmeal, lots of warm water. Makes skin slick - great for the massage. Then, I just wash my face and continue on with my routine.
I just wish I could get in the habit of doing the massage more frequently! |
