I got a rash on my forehead because I didn't wash my face at night 2 nights almost consecutively. Now I suffer itchiness on my forehead and got a rash. The skin is bumpy. Will it go away on its own, or I should use something to remove the rough skin? Please advise. |

Go back to your regular skin care routine.
If the only thing you did was neglect to wash your face, you should be fine in a day or two. It's not the roughness you need to worry about, but if any bacteria has taken up residence in your follicles. |

The Calendula Salve from MJ Herbals is great for itchiness and rashes. It's highly emollient, inexpensive and comes in a little glass jar that is easily portable. Here's the ingredient listing:
Calendula Salve
Ingredients: Certified organic calendula blossoms and real vitamin E oil (d-alpha tocopherol) in a base of certified organic olive oil and unrefined propolis beeswax. |
