can someone, please, link where I can get some Eyeliss. I have some Haloxy, and want to mix serum for my sad puffy/dark circle eyes.

| I tried searching the net, couldn't find any, sorry. (I have very dark under eye circles, still searching for something that will help.) |

Eyeliss is nowhere to find. 
I'm experimenting now with Soy-Rice Peptides/REGU-AGE/Cell-Ox2 Phyto Peptide (same ingredient depend from which company you are buying)
There is one place I found Eyeliss , (in USA), but...as I can't find anywhere, this is suspicious to me because this company is mostly selling soap making ingredients. How can they have Eyeliss, but most popular and verified web sites don't sell it  
Have felling that we, small diyers are killing cosmetics industry buying Eyeliss,so we can't find it LOL
I did notice small changes in last month with my diy serum, especially in brightening under eye area (did some licorice extrat in my serum) |
