Thank you for sharing your tips, Tasha! I am going to try th cottage cheese mask this weekend. This is the first time I heard about it. Do you mix it with something else? |

I also just bought the alter ego hot oil hair treatment after reading your post. How long do you leave it on?
Do you have any tips to reverse grey hair back to normal hair color? |

Ur Welcome!
No you dont mix the cottage cheese with anything. Just leave it on for atleast 30 minutes then rinse
The alter ego hot oil treatment is great to stop hair shedding and i would leave it on for atleast 30-45min for a deep condition.
To reverse gray hair? I dont have a clue..im sorry ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Thanks, Tasha! I will try it tonight.
BTW, I am also curious how to wash face with oatmeal. Is that the only thing you use to wash face with? What kind of oatmeal? |

I don't know if you can reverse grey hair, but to delay it eat a good quality source of protein every morning.
I have been eating boiled eggs for brekkie for years (because I am very lazy and boiling an egg is about the easiest thing you can do - just chuck it in my bag and eat at work with a cup of Rooibos tea). Recently I read that your hair follicles love protein first thing in the am, and I figure that's why, at 47, I still don't need to dye my dark brown hair. I do have some grey hair, mostly from my early 30s before I started eating eggs regularly. The rest of my family went grey early (my sister was completely grey at 35) so it's not genetic. |

Thanks,Tasha!
Do you just slather dry oatmeal on and then rinse it off or put it in the water first and then wait till it becomes "porridge like" and then wash your face with it? |

Yes I think high protein can be very anti aging.
Another tip I read about online is washing your face with powdered milk. I need to pick this up, haven't decided how to store it. |
