Hi all,
Have anyone tries Zeltiq for slimming and/or liposuction? How did each work for you?
I've done Zeltiq for my love handles slightly more than a week ago and now my bruising has more or less recovered. But I've yet to see significant difference.
Before I go for another session, I would like to hear from you ladies on what you think of this. I am contemplating to do liposuction instead but am holding back as it is invasive.
Appreciate any thoughts on it!
btw this is a great forum! I've ordered tonnes of items just by reading thru the various posts!  |

I think this has been discussed before, you can try a board search.
I dont like the idea of this because while they maybe able to empty the fat cells, the fat cells are still there and can easily be filled back up. |

Thanks! I think I'm not so good with using the search function. Didnt manage to find anything. 
I'm into my 6th week of freezing off my love handles and there is a slight reduction so far. I did not use a measuring tape but took photos for comparison instead.
Seems like it does work but its SLOW. And the amount of fats it can remove is also minimal IMO. In any case clinical studies did mention that only around 20% of local fats would be eliminated.
So its really only for shaping rather than removing big pockets of fats?
I'm still in a dilemma to continue this, or to consider vaser lipo or maybe carboxy treatments. |

Hi, I did a search for Coolsculpting and this was the only thread I could find. Has anyone here done this? I have done a ton of research and met with my dermatologist today. I have no interest in lipo (because I don't want to do any invasive)
and I don't really have much weight to lose. If I get much over 113 lbs. I start to get a little belly but if I go under 110 lbs then my collarbone starts to show and that's not a good look on me. Since I don't have much to lose I'm not expecting lipo results but just to get rid of the little fat I have on my belly. I have read about the pain etc. on realself but does anyone have any first hand knowledge? TIA |
