Does anyone know of a reliable website that gives you a scale of how comedogenic or carcinogenic certain ingredients are?
Thanks in advanced |

Well, here's one for starters: http://www.savvyskin.com/how-to-prevent-cosmetic-acne
Paula Begoun often draws attention to such ingredients on Beautypedia, and Dr Leslie Baumann has some lists in her book, The Skin Type Solution. |

Hmm I actually have a specific site in mind and I'm not sure where I saw it. It's basically a database where you put in the name of a chemical and it would show you various studies and list the comedogenicity as well as its carcinogenicity, and various other details too |

Is the PC one the one you have to purchase or is it available free online somewhere? |

Oh yes, that one. The information there should probably be taken with a grain of salt. As should the Beautypedia/Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary (both free now). |

zerozits.com lists ingredients by Comedogenicity or by Irritant level. This is a pretty good list.
While I respect the list that EWG provides for sunscreen, I'm not too keen on their "Shoppers Guide to Safe Cosmetics" with all the things they have listed that I don't feel belong on the list.
