First of all, I apologize if this in the wrong section. Mods, please move if so.
I have a question for all you lovely folks who have ordered from Garden of Wisdom. I put an order in early on Wednesday and have not received any shipping confirmation at all. I have emailed them about the status and I've received no response. Is this typical of them? Are they usually really bad with ship times, communication, and customer service? I chose Priority so that I would get it faster but I don't think they've even shipped it yet.
They say that shipping confirmation comes from stamps.com but I have received no notice from them (not in my spam folder either).
I already stopped shopping with Shea Terra Organics because they have horrible customer service (waited 20 days to ship my item, wouldn't respond to emails, and only after I called did they ship and they were rude about it and so I didn't get my product for almost a month). I hope GOW is not the same because I would like to try more stuff from them.
What is other people's experience with them?

| My orders usually ship in 3 to 5 days. I've always had good CS from them. |

Thanks! They got in touch and were super nice about it. I just didn't want to end up in the same situation as I did with the other company where I waited a month and was treated horribly.
But so far so good! I can't wait to get the stuff! |

Awesome! I'm really looking forward! I got some oils to blend, based on recommendations here, such as meadowfoam, rosehip, and camillia, as a few other things. They seem super nice and I'm relieved that their customer service is so friendly.
If I like their products, I'm going to try their HA serum next.  |

I think you will really love their products, they always have included a few very nice samples of other products with every order I have received! |

Hi, everyone!
Although Belleflower's question has already been answered, I felt I should also mention that I have been buying from GOW for five years now and both their products and Customer Service have been great. |

Hello everyone!
I received my package today and I blended the oils and I bought and used them and my skin looks wonderful! I knew I needed to switch out the oil I was using, but I didn't realize how quickly it would make a difference.
I also bought and used the Heather Blossom tonic and love it so much!
I got the apple stem cell serum but will put that on tonight.
My free sample was a rose hair oil, but since I don't use hair oils because I have baby fine hair with an overly oily scalp, I'm going to give that to a friend whose hair can really use it. (It's a stay in oil, rather than a rinse out one.)
Customer service has been excellent as well! Yay! I'll definitely be using them again. I've already recommended a product of theirs to a friend who ordered today. And next weekend I am doing two skinterventions for friends and will recommend their products. |
