Hi all!
I'm going on a trip and I have no idea what I should take with me. I am limited on space too.
I figure it will be hot so I'm thinking I should concentrate on skin care with minimal makeup. I was watching QVC...(which is never good...bahahaha!) and Philosophy really stood out- I'm looking at their new tinted moisturizer SPF 20 and Luminizer (Copper gold). That line says they have skin care type products in their makeup. Sounds good, but any other suggestions?
I'm also bringing my Clarisonic MIA (bought due to the international adapter-lets see how it works) and my Purity made simple.
I guess I'm asking that if you were headed out to a new region what staples would you bring to make yourself still feel feminine and doing good things for your skin, without caking on the makeup? |

I would be more worried about taking appropriate clothing (nothing too revealing) - and that includes tops with sleeves. Also tampons.
I'm sure that the shops in the Middle East will have all the cosmetics you could ever wish for. |

Its funny you mention tampons...i'm planning on bringing my DIVA cup, but have been wondering if the water over there could be an issue. I was wondering if I should bring back up.
Clothing is not an issue. That was priority number one. Now I'm wondering about the small stuff to pack. I always head here when I'm stuck about beauty products.
I don't know what products they will offer once I get there so I'd like to take my own at first. It will be easier for me. I'm thinking Neutrogena sunscreen with the helo-plex? My husband likes it. I'm not in the sun much here but over there I'd like to be prepared. I just have never liked laying sunscreen and makeup together. One or the other. Usually sunscreen makes my makeup slide off, but when I'm in the sun I use it. Not planning on wearing a full face of Mally over there.
That's why I"m thinking a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen could work. I am open to suggestions. |
