At least you have 30 days to return anything you do not like from the shopping channel |

I was part of the clinical study and I can honestly say it is an awesome product. After the first 40 minute application, I was so happy with the results. My crows feet and wrinkles around my eyes virtually disappeared. I continue to use the product on a weekly basis and the wrinkles have not returned. This is an amazing product! You have to try it and see the results yourself! |

I have used this a few times now. It is OK, not sure at this time if I would repurchase it. '
I find the pads do not stay on, even on clean, dry skin. (I have to pretty much hold them on). On the fence at this time about this item. |

I was thinking about the pads not staying on your face as I was using the product. Have you tried contacting University Medical and letting them know about your problem? They would probably want to know and maybe they will send you a replacement or give you suggestions. Try contacting customer service. A contact number is usually found on the box. Good Luck. |

Can you still return the product?
or are you just going to use it up.....
to get stuff to stick to your skin you could always try bandaids or medical tape.
I have tape here because I have to tape my heel for some sports..so thats why I thought of that... |

Hi, I am going to use it up. Last night I used it and the pads did stick better this time. At this time though do not think I will re-order it. |
