Sea weed extract , sea keep bio ferment difference

Hello lovely ladies,

I do not live in US and am having hard time finding sea kelp bio ferment here.
I did find sea weed extract and kelp fertilizer though.. after hearing such wonderful SKB I really wanted to add it to my Vitamin C serum.

Can anyone please let me know if sea weed extract is same as SKB?

Hi ALl,

I could find some seaweed powder in my country.

Would any of the DIYers recommend a recipe using sea weed powder for creating lotion/ cream etc?

Any suggestion is most welcome.
