Does anyone know more about this new and apparently miracle ingredient? Is it available in products from mainstream / reputable companies.?

Part of the information found here:

http://www.squidoo.com/cynergy-tk

First back to the horns and hooves of animals, and how that relates to Cynergy TK. Because Cynergy TK is a form of keratin and so is the horns and hooves of animals. You see there are plenty of skin care products with keratin in them. Just grab any of those bottles of product you see on the shelves. Chances are you'll see keratin listed on the label.

It comes from the horns and hooves of animals. It's extracted using heat, and acid. When you extract keratin using horns and hooves of animals melted down by high heat, and acid, you change the form of the keratin into a form that is pretty much useless to our skin. Keratin extracted this way is "denaturalized" by a process known as "hydrolyzation". Sorry for the big words.

Basically it means that it's not much use to our skin.

So why would those big brand companies put keratin into their skin care and anti aging products if it doesn't really do much? Because they know that if people see it listed on the label they'll buy the product. So it sells. Why change a winning formula.

Cynergy TK is a form of keratin, but it's not denaturalyzed, and it's available to our skin. Cynergy TK uses kerating that is extracted from the wool of sheep, without using heat, or acid. So it's form is not changed, and it can be used by our skin. Cynergy TKk is the only form of keratin that is genuinely useful to our skin. It's so good they've patented it.

So what happens if we use products with Cynergy TK in them? (Because remember, you can't actually buy Cynergy TK to put on your skin, you buy skin care products with Cynergy TK in them).

Scientific studies have shown remarkable results. Within 3 weeks you can see the differences. Wrinkles are visibly improved, fine lines too. There is less sagging. The skin looks more youthful and has a better looking "complexion".

Because the keratin in the skin, that came from the Cynergy TK in the skin care product, helps your skin regenerate faster and better. Skin cells are regrowing. And this has other results too, for example a 14% improvement in the skins ability to hold moisture, and I've already talked about the benefits of skin moisture.

So as you can see Cynergy TK is a huge breakthrough in skin science. That's why they patented it. So will you see Cynergy Tk in those big brand name skincare products on the shelves? No. Because it's too expensive and they're already selling like hot cakes. People just don't notice that these big brand skincare products don't actually do very much.

And Cynergy Tk is very expensive.

But you CAN get great natural skin care products with Cynergy TK in them, just not from the big brands. There is one small niche company making the worlds best skin care products, and they contain Cynergy TK and a range of other top shelf skin care ingredients too.

But unlike those big brands you won't see them advertised on TV. So because they save so much money on that TV advertising, or lack of it, they can afford to put much higher quality ingredients into their skincare products. And sell them at an extremely cost competitive price.

And offer a money back guarantee just so that you can try them risk free, because remember, I said that you should actually SEE the difference.

So if you're interested in finding the worlds best natural skin care products with Cynergy TK Click Here, and visit Xtend Life, you can try their products risk free and see what Cynergy Tk does for your skin.

I'm confused about your comment. It says this is extracted from wool. ???

Not that surprising they get Lanolin from sheep as well, that is why people with wool allergies are warned on labels of products containing Lanolin not to use them.

I see they're talking about the products from xtend-life, but I wonder if these products from Koru Naturals would be just as good: http://www.korunaturals.com/cynergy-tk.php. They're much cheaper and the ingredients look pretty good to me. For example, the ingredients in the Koru Naturals Protective Day Cream are:

Purified New Zealand Spring Water, Cynergy TK, Avocado Oil, Vitamin E, Pro-vitamin B5, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Chamomile Extract, Kiwifruit Extract, Manuka Honey, Fragrance

It's 2.82 oz. and only costs $16.95.

This is off topic (sorry), but I've recently been reading about kiwi seed oil extract and the benefits and have ordered it from Garden of Wisdom to add to DIY products. This is the article which says you'll see results in four weeks using the extract: http://www.happi.com/beautyio/2008/10/healthy-skin-aging

That is a great find, Skippie, on the less expensive version.

The kiwi seed oil looks interesting. I'll have to read more on that!

I am not sure that is the correct ingredients list for the Day Cream from Pure Source. I found another site that lists a different formulation. You may want to e-mail them and ask for the full ingredients list, if you are thinking of trying this line:
www.silverfernz.com

Pure Source Protective Day Cream

Ingredients: Purified New Zealand Spring water; Octyl Palmitate; Octyl Methoxycinnamate; Glycerine; Glycerine Stearate and PEG 100 Stearate; PEG 120 Stearate; Octyl Salicylate; Benzophenone 3; Cynergy TK; Ceteareth-20; Polysorbate 60; Avocado Oil; Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E); Pro-Vitamin B5; Vitamin C; Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A); Sodium Polyacrylate; Chamomile Extract; Kiwifruit Extract; manuka Honey; Phenoxyethanol; Diazolidinyl Urea; Fragrance.

WCSmurfette,
The ingredient list she posted was for Koro Naturals. A less expensive brand she found.

Actually, DM, it does say Pure Source on the product I was looking at on the Koru Naturals site. I copied the ingredients, though, from Amazon because I didn't see them on the KN site. I suspect that is an abbreviated list of the ingredients. Also, on the KN site, the Day Cream is only $13.65. I was quoting the price I saw on Amazon.

The Cynergy products sold at Koru Naturals are PureSource. It says "PureSource" on the packaging, I thought.

I actually purchased the day/night creams from Pure Source on Friday so I'll report back on any interesting results. I was looking for a good basic moisturizer and happened to run across this thread and while doing my own "research" also found the Pure Source brand. I figured it was cheap enough to give it a whirl and I liked the ingredient list as well.

I'll be interested to hear how you like it, TAM. I almost ordered it but resisted because I have way too many other products right now.

What the difference in prices could be the quantity of the key ingredients...as said in one post a product might just have a minute amount to be able to list it among the ingredients but not enough to really do any good.

Would that we consumers could know just how much Rolling Eyes .

I appreciate Xtend-Life's money back guarantee so you can use it without tossing money to the wind if you find it doesn't work for you. Smile

The rave reviews on Xtend Life products finally got me to send off an order for the Body Actives cream/lotion...seems a better buy as same ingredients and more of the product and again, the money back guarantee!

Now to see how well it works!!! Very Happy

Thank you WCSmurfette and DarkMoon on suggesting places to buy this Pure Source Day Cream. I ended up buying from the Silverfernz guys, as they were based in New Zealand and worked out cheaper for me as I am not in the US.

Just so you know I got the creams in the post in 6 days, which from New Zealand to the UK is pretty good, I think.

Have started using them and find the anti-aging night cream amazing, I will be buying more of this soon.

To be honest for such an inexpensive cream I find the results impressive.

Thanks for the reviews it made my mind up about purchasing.
