Anyone here using this? It has a few different types. It got rave reviews on MUA although not too many reviews. It claims to keep your makeup for about 16hrs just like the way when you first applied it. It has a few versions for dry, oily, combo skin. Some for when you work out and sweat. It seems quite neat and the price is not outrageous. It's about $19 for 2oz and $29 for 4oz. Check out their website and see. |

I've been using Skindinavia Makeup Finishing Spray for about 2 years now. I love it. I've tried alot of the different formulations they have now but prefer the original one they first came out with. It's just called Skindinavia Makeup Finishing Spray.
It really works well on me and keeps my makeup looking better longer.
I apply my makeup then spray my face a few times with Skindinavia. Once my face is dry I put a light dusting of finishing powder on top and I'm set for the day. Even in the heat of summer Skindinavia helps my makeup to stay put all day and I need less touchups.
It feels like your misting water on your face. There is no stickiness and it's not like other finishing sprays that can feel like hairspray on your face. |

I liked this product. Then I ran out and I didn't seem to notice any change in the longevity of my makeup. I decided to save money by not reordering. I don't wear a lot of makeup so maybe it is more noticeable if you use more or a heavier application of products. |

Interesting.
What is in this finishing mist that makes it different/better than other finishing sprays?
I currently use a green tea mist - it is OK but not fabulous, I would love to try a better one. |

I heard they have other sprays that will make you glow afterwards or help diminish fine lines or dryness...but at the same time, hold your makeup in place. So the Makeup Finishing Spray that you're using, is it more for dry, normal, combo or oily skin? My skin is more to the sensitive dehydrated side... I wonder if anywhere in Vancouver carries that. |

I have the original setting spray as well. I do like it, I have tried different setting sprays from MAC, ect., but this one is still one of my favourites. |

Stupid question but I don't know the first thing about finishing sprays...can someone be so kind as to verse me in the ways of using finishing spray products properly?
My problem seems to be dry skin, so my makeup makes me look older as the day wears on....would finishing spray help with this? |

I simply love this spray.I have the original and dance finishing spray. Both works great!! I've been using it for a yr now and never got disappointed. My makeup stays put even in the hottest and humidity weather . They also introduced the makeup primer now...wonder how tht will turn out now. |

I'm deciding whether I should use the original one or the one for oily skin. I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and the nose being SUPER oily. Do you think I should be getting the oily skin one?
Also, can this spray be used simply to give a matte finish and absorb oil, or does it only work with makeup? |

oasisjc, I have combo skin too and I use the original spray and it works fine. Haven't tried for the oily type one yet.
It does give a matte finish when you spray it. I usually spray twice right after I apply my concealer and foundation. Then, twice after I finish with my eye, cheek n lip makeup. HTH!! |
