I just purchased my new 1.5 Dr. Roller to treat my cellulite on my butt and back of my thighs. I've never used this type of treatment to treat cellulite before so I have a few questions as to How frequently should I roll on my cellulite?
What is the technique to rolling? I heard it's criss cross but if there was a youtube video or something I can watch about rolling cellulite on butt/thigh it would be helpful. Also how much pressure should I be applying? Is it okay to put retin A or Vit C to the treated area afterwards (are these products good in battling cellulite?)

I suggest you search the existing threads for answers.. there are a ton of posts on this already.

Here's what I do: I use a 3mm roller, and I roll side to side, up and down, and diagonally...about 10 rolls each direction. I really bear down on the roller, and it does leave me very spotted and a little sore, but it heals fast.

Everyone has different methods that work for them, but this has worked for me. Make sure your skin is clean and your roller is sterile when you start, and clean the roller between areas... that's my suggestions.

Retin A and Vit C are good after a roll, but be aware that they may cause irritation. I like to put on copper peptide serum.

Do you use some type of numbing lotion for the cellulite roll or do you have a high pain threshold?

I don't use a numbing cream on the body, but I do on parts of my face (the upper lip particularly!) I do have a very high pain threshold... that said, I don't find the body rolling very painful at all. A tad unpleasant, but not painful.

I tried this for six months, no go. All it gave me was track marks on top of cellulite. I have tried so many things over the last decade, I should start a cellulite journal. Sad

Anyone coffee lovers out there? Coffee is actually great for getting rid of cellulite! Its good for fading any kinds of pigmentation. I've been using Clove's coffee oil http://www.cloveskincare.com.au/coffeebeanoil and have seen very good improvements. I rub it on every night on my thighs (cellulite ek!) and my lower leg where i have some scarring. I can really see my cellulite fading day by day, slowly but surely, plus the oil smells sooooo divine, like Mocha latte!! But the smell sinks in after a while so dont worry you wont have to walk around smelling like you've had too much coffee lol!
Another thing which i found worked quite well is Elizabeth Arden's Prevage body lotion http://shop.elizabetharden.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3240500&cp=2942115 This product really did work, i saw improvements on my cellulite in a very short time! The downside though is that it tends to lighten all of the skin around the cellulite too, not just the pigmentation itself...so you unless you put the cream all over your body, you will end up having different skin tone in different areas! And also, it is VERY expensive.
