Vitamin C and acne
i broke up with acne on the left side of my face. I tried everything for 2 weeks rentinal A and aloe vera but with little sucess.
For the last 2 days i've been using viatmin C serum and my acne is almost gone!
I heard that viatmin c is also effective for blemishes so i am sure with in a few days my skin will be clear |

That's wonderful to hear! Glad Vit C is helping your skin! Unfortunately for me, when I tried using vitamin C for anti-aging, my skin was all clogged up with blackheads Since then, I only use my remaining vitamin c serum from skinceutical on my hands. |

i'm using obagi C c-clarifying serum.
i just went to grab the bottle and notice that i only have red blemishes left
and it's only day 3 so i am pleased.
i may have been going overboard becuase i've been applying it day and night and notice that my face is looking a little organgy!
i'm going to cut back just in the AM as per the instructions |

Vitamin C aids in exfoliation of the skin and this can help resolve issues with breakouts. What other exfoliants have you tried? |

Ascorbic acid is the exfoliating form of Vitamin C, so check the ingredient list on your product to double check, as the help your getting with your acne could be based on another factor exp: a combination of the ingredients. It's most likely ascorbic acid. |
