I have been looking online for somewhere to purchase Renova and found couple of sites selling Airol -
Package:
Cream 0.05%-20 grams
N1
Usage: topical
Generic Retin-A cream used to treat wrinkles & acne
Anyone used it ? Seems pretty cheap $19 for 20 grams 0.05% |

I had hoped someone might be able to give me some advice on this product - I would like to know if this is normal Retin A - it mentions its also used for hair loss? This is the site I saw it on http://hairloss.cyberatlantis.com/retin_a.php
Can anyone help - dont want to waste my money if its no good... |

I have been using Airol and it has been very good for me. On the back of the tube it says that it is "For Acne Treatment", but I have been using it for wrinkles and for me it has worked just as good as the American brand retin-a products.
I have heard that Airol is a very popular and well respected brand in France and Greece.
On another note, since some of the retin-a products actually have pore clogging ingredients in them that are counter-productive to the tretment of acne I wrote the company asking what the ingredients are, besides the tretinoin, and they replied with this list:
Mixture of Glyceryl mono and di stearates with sapamine (teginacid)
Sorbitol solution
Cetyl esters
Perhydrosqualene
Butylated hydroxyanisole
Disodium edetate
Magnesium sulfate
Benzoic acid
Water distilled |

Thank you for the list of ingedients. I'd like to try it. I'm wondering if and how much shipping to me in the USA would be. |

Hi, I just bought AIROL tretinoin 0.05, but I haven't tried it yet. I was actually searching for RETIN-A but couldn't find it so I bought this implementation of retin-a. Can anyone compare the 2 products. Has anyone tried both of the products and can provide feedback? |

Usually, generic and brand name products don't have much of a difference. The only reason why one would choose one brand over another is because there might be a certain ingredient that causes an allergic reaction or intolerance, which is very rare. |
