Ive been using M2 refinisher 20% every other night and clarisonic for around 3 to 4 weeks and my skin has now got small bumps all over it. What do you think is causing this?

Are the bumps flesh coloured or inflamed?

I had a similar reaction when I first started using 2% BHA. It was sort of red and splotchy and I would have flesh-coloured bumps that resembled milia. You might be developing a similar reaction, not because of one, but because of both those products. I think you might be potentially irritating it like that

Sounds like dermatitis from over exfoliation. Probably the combo of both, your skin barrier has been compromised. I'd rest from everything for a few days to let your skin recover.

i think your skin didn't able to manage both products and too harsh that made your skin irritated... i agree with Ava with wings... try to rest your skin and observe any difference everyday so you know where the irritant's coming from Smile good luck!

I'd go back to just using the clarisonic for at least a month before adding in the 20%

I aqree, give your skin a rest from both and allow it to recover to it's normal state.

Hi, I'm also using the M2 20% in a day per day dosis for a month, I didn't have any problems so far and the results are very good. I also use Skin Doctors Powerbrasion Micro Dermabrasion System once per week.
