Seaweed snacks, I am addicted to them! I've been ordering the Annie Chuns by the case from Lucky Vitamin, the toasted sesame flavor. They are great when I am craving something salty or crunchy and I feel that my skin has been looking better after a month of eating a pack a day!

Here is the link:

There is another brand, Sea's Gift, which is equally as tasty: http://koreanslate.com/seas-gift-roasted-seaweed-snack-kim-nori.html

Just curious if anyone else eats them? xo

I don't like sea vegetables. They taste like dead fish to me. Besides, they have iodine which should be avoided if you have thyroid disease, which I do.

Me, me, me!!! I love seaweed snacks when I'm craving something a little salty. They're also low in calories so you don't feel so bad when you pig out on them. Laughing

We ate these growing up, my brother was adopted from Korea and came to us with a strong desire for all things seaweed. Funny story- when he was in kindergarden, it was his turn to bring treats. He insisted in bringing seaweed snacks despite the rest of us urging to bring the traditional rice krispie treats. Well, you can probably guess what happened- none of the blonde haired, blue eyed kids would touch them, he was absolutely crushed!

So cute! Poor kid! Kind of know how he feels though, I brought them to work expecting all kind of amazing praise, and only one coworker liked it Smile

I guess it is an acquired taste? All of my friends who like sushi love them. And two mom friends of mine have kiddos who cannot get enough. I am just always on the prowl for healthy snacks, and this is my favorite. My second favorite is pumpkin seeds mixed with cinnamon, dried cherries, blueberries, and raw almonds. Not the tastiest trail mix but very healthy!
