Many of our threads get bogged down with discussion of the above issues and it would be helpful if we could contain them in one spot.
Product reviews should be sacrosanct and reserved for reviews of the product and not the extraneous.
I hope you will all share your info about the above on this thread as most of it applies to any and all products. It would be helpful to users of many/all products. |

This post will hopefully help Keliu and others regarding International Shipping - it is unreasonable to suggest that US companies ship First Class Rates on Int’l Parcels which is cheaper. There in NO tracking which leaves the shipper open for packages never being delivered or claims that it was never received.
That throws it into Priority Mail Rates. Minimum if $13.95 based on a 1 lb flat rate package rate. But the cheapest flat rate package will not accommodate a 4 oz ASG bottle with the large bubble wrap. Therefore, even though it is under 1 lb, since it doesn't fit in the *designated* flat rate box, it gets thrown into a $30 Priority Flat Rate for most countries other than Canada.
Also, You can’t compare the rates that a large company like All Day Chemists charges. They get special deals with the carriers because they are “bulk shippers” & often pass it on the their customers. It is not as cut & dry or cheap as some would like to make it out to be... for small companies in the US to ship internationally. And they are not in business to lose money. |
