I noticed there's a pretty hot thread about smoothies and good skin, and I can certainly say as an avid daily juicer, it has done wonders for my well being, and more often my skin.
Skin is skin...and it's hardly perfect. Since ive discovered I am allergic to wheat & dairy my complexion has been ALOT better. Any issues beyond that are due to over treating or...yes...picking.
If I don't do too much to it and don't pick the tiny little pimples I get I would be great.
Ive been taking MSM for about a year now, and just started drinking 2tbs of liquid chloraphyll in my water every day, for about two weeks now. One thing I have noticed so far is how bright and clear my eyes look. My skin is in good condition right now...so finger crossed, knock on wood etc ad naseum.
I want to add here, Facercise has really been wonderful
Is there anyone else taking these supplements?

I was wondering which brand of liquid chlorophyll are you taking? I took in tablet form few years ago but would like to take it in liquid form now, thank you. |

Carybear, do you mean the whites of your eyes or your irises are "brighter"?
Very intriguing either way... |

what I mean, is the irises. I have very white sclera because of my ethnic background, and very dark brown eyes.I've found the liquid Chlorophyll really makes my irises sparkle, much brighter, clearer looking.
I switched to Trophic brand because it is derived from Mulberry Leaf. I was having a reaction. I have Palmar Pustular psoriasis that I can keep under control if I avoid the things I am allergic to, and that includes alfalfa. The Mulberry leaf chlorophyll is MUCH more expensive, so I don't know If ill keep with it. I may just go back to juicing parsley ![Wink](images/smiles/wink.gif) |
