Hello Ladies, just joined as I think that if any people can give me the low down on the following, then it's this forum!

I'm 59 (well will be in July), and until recently, thought fairly well-preserved. A couple of recent photos have caused me to rethink that one! Although not wrinkly at all - fair skin and don't sunbathe- so that's a plus, but everything is heading southward. I seem to have lost my cheek bones, and become quite saggy around neck area. So, I'm in the market for either a slendertone face, or the tua trend. Can you advise me which would be best? I'm also considering some bottom or fillers, and wonder if you can mix the two.

I've looked at daily mail boards and there seems to be wildly different views about the tua - doesn't make it easy to choose!

Thanks lots
Very Happy

Hi Rubyslippers - I'm also 59 and have used Tua
Viso for alost 2 years - it ahs really helped with the sagging in the lower face and somewhat in the neck. For the neck I use both the TV and the small vaculift. They seem to work very well together. AM down to 2X a week on Tua and
vaculifter. That's my vote! DiPhx

Hi there,

Many thanks for replying - think I may take the plunge on the tua from qvc as I see they have a 2 wand one - so half the time spent.

what's a vaculifter - never heard of it! Sorry my beauty routine is obviously lacking! I'm in uk if that helps.

another thing, does anyone know if you can use the tua trend if you have botox/fillers?.

I had sculptra around two and a half years ago, and at the time I really didn't think it had done much at all, - the effects are gradual as it forces your body to make collagen. However, I am thinking that the changes, sagging I have been noticing over the past few months could well be down to the sculptra wearing off. it lasts around 12- 24 months I think from memory.

So my dilemma is whether to try fillers/botox and or the tua or slendertone face. Sculptra was a bit painful!

All replies very gratefully received. Hats off to the expertise on this site, it's been a great find!

Here's the link to the Cupping / Vaculifter thread, Ruby:

I'm sure others will pop in with more help on the other questions. Welcome to the forum. Smile
