i read that both are great for dark circles but i have read more reviews for "eye hope" being the best to target dark circles....do they have samples i can order both??

Eye Hope has some actives. HIAT has really no actives, I wouldn't even bother! I think you can get samples of Eye Hope. If your circles are hereditary like mine, don't look for any dramatic results. |
