Has anyone been using these supplements lately? Supposed to help your immune system. Seems interesting to flavour the water I drink while getting some nice boosts to my immune system |

I used them a few years ago when we were flying to Mexico for my son's wedding Playacar in October during the height of the swine flu outbreak there. So did all of our guests and family and they worked for all of us (but so did the flu shot, washing hands, covering mouths, etc.) But couldn't hurt! |

If you take a large variety and quantity of vitamins like I do, you don't need Airborne. But if you don't, it's better than nothing. |

Yeah I don't take supplments at all anymore and I'm slowly getting back into them. The reason why I want to try airborne is because I drink a lot of water and it's just getting really boring and tiresome now and I just want to spike my drink up a bit. Plus, those minerals and vitamins will help me absorb the water better. |

I know they say there is nothing in Airborne that has scientific proof, but I honestly think it works. Several times, I've had people around me sick, so I start to take the Airborne and I avoid getting it. It's probably a placebo effect, but heck, who cares? As long as it seems to work.
If you just want to flavor water, try some of the Crystal Light mixes, they have some with vitamins. They are way cheaper than Airborne. |

I also only take them when I am about to take a trip/while on my trip and want to boost my immune system further.
I normally just take a multi-vit., calcium, omega and drink a glass of my Tonic Alchemy from Dragon Herbs.
Sort of overkill, but I haven't been sick from an airport/plane/trip yet (knock on wood). |

This never helped me. The only thing that did was EpiCor and Vit D3. |
