Just wanted to say how much I appreciated the customer service I recceived from these two folks.
I placed an order with Candy for some samples and a day or so later I realized I was low on my DMAE, so ordered that. A few days later I received notice that I was being refunded on shipping. Candy was nice enough to notice the two orders and combine them! 
I really didn't expect that because, hey, if I can't get my orders in order that's my bad, extra shipping is my penance. Thanks Candy! 
Now GPB. I re-ordered my Silkia Camellia oil and the shipping and product box arrived open. I dropped an email offering to send it back if I could have a replacement and within a week they had shipped a new bottle, which arrived in *perfect* condition. They did not ask me to send the other bottle back. (I would've kept the original bottle if it had a seal, but since it didn't, I just didn't feel comfortable using it.) Thanks Goldport Beauty!
I'm very happy with their products and their customer service is awesome!  |

| I've also experienced above and beyond the call of duty customer service from both Candy and Goldport Beauty. I have every faith in ordering from either of them. Superb! |

I've also experienced nothing but great service from Candy not to mention above and beyond service! And always a surprise in the box, I get excited just to see what shes done!!!
EDS also has been nothing but a pleasure, service wise and extra goodie wise!!! Happy Camper here!! Not to mention Candy's turn around time (as long as what I order is in stock) is amazingly quick!! The mails the mail, but she def sends it out fast.. |

[i]Candy is so above average ! I have'nt ordered from Goldport. And EDS is wonderful too.
It is so much fun to get those little packages in the mail. fun...fun..fun

Goldportbeauty has great service and always love my Epidermx!
With all the wonderful raves on the forum about Candessence, I just placed my first order for the DMAE 6% Serum and the Matrixyl 3000 Serum. I can't wait to receive my packages! |

Melissa, I know what you mean! She not only gets things out amazingly quick, you gotta love the little "surprises" you get with your order! Candy is most definitely a class act in every way...

| Worst company I've ever dealt with. Extremely rude customer service, and they swindled me out of $30 by sending me an empty jar of Epidermx. When I wrote them in order to get a refund, Bonnie accused me of lying about the jar being empty. They have not responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint or returned any of my calls. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this inept, unprofessional business--because if there's something wrong with your order, you're not going to get your money back. |
