what helped your hair growth? I am curious about products but more interested to hear advice on your favorite stress relief and diet change. (paleo , alkaline, ph water, etc)
last what products gave you the best results? thanks |

Scalp massage. I do it upside down, to really help the blood flow.
Oleda seems amazing looking for her age. For any age! I'm taking lots of her advice (not currently buying anything from her - she gives lots of free advice).
Also: eat enough protein. Hair maintenance won't get much if the rest of the body needs all the protein you eat. |

My hair is growing too slowly. I think it should be related to physical reasons. Anyway, we should take active exercise and eat healthy food. It should change our situation. Let's work together. |
