I got it several years ago: total waste of money and time. Instead, you might be interested in the series of exercises that this lady demonstrates:

You've probably guessed that the video is in Spanish. Not to worry. I don't speak Spanish (I'm french) and I can almost understand everything she says.
She speaks pretty fast. You might even learn the language by listening to her videos and reading the comments and her blog. To help translate stuff: http://translate.google.com/#
Even though I do face exercises (FlexEffect: excellent program), I like to experiment too. |

Thank you!I have saved the site in my favourites.Always good to learn new exercises 
Shame about the neckline slimmer tho..i read good feedback on Amazon before i bought it.Luckily it wasn`t expensive,so i will not lose money on it.
The spanish lady spoke fast indeed,but i think i got her point with demonstration.

On the subject of general neckline slimming...has anyone ever tried the Rio Neck Toner? I am tempted to give this unit a try since I can easily return it to Costco if I don't like it. Any feedback appreciated.

I watched that video.I find it hard to understand whats going on,and some of the other exercises she has,look difficult to practise.
But the one for the neck,looked intresting.I can help admire her jawline,and who wouldn`t :)Does this lady have an english website or anything?
I also tried the neckline slimmer.Be cautious,this will probably harm your neck.I got headache and pain in the back of my neck. |

I have been using this and love it, it has really helped tone my neck and just make it look better.
I would definitely recommend it but would advise those with neck problems to steer clear. Also if you do purchase it then get it off eBay as mine only cost me under $5.00AUD. |
