I am not aware of a brand that make it that strong. I don't understand why though.
Vivier is known for its quality. You may want to look into that brand. |

| I'm not sure about a 30% Vitamin C serum but you should definitely look into EmerginC they have a 20% serum that is absolutely brilliant. |
