This was over a month ago and I have broken out in tiny, pimple-like bumps that are leaving behind red marks all over my thighs (I had my upper legs waxed as well).
They are unlike the usual, larger ingrown hair bumps I often get. I can only guess that this happened because I was using Accutane at the time. I've had brazilians before w/ no problems.
Is there anything I can do? I've been using BHA so far to calm the inflamed skin but I can't tell if it's helping. It looks awful. |

I would try a cortisone cream. The BHA maybe irritating your skin more. |

I also second the cortisone cream. Acids will do nothing but inflame already irritated skin. |

pseudofolliculitis. Mix some cortisone cream with an antibiotic, like fucidin or bactroban. Dr. should be able to prescribe it. Not entirely sure that it is due to accutane, usually when waxing on accutane the skin can peel off as it is so thin. |

Yes, I stopped using Accutane about two weeks ago after posting about it here and reading the responses.
Thanks for the advice once again! |
