I just thought I'd share my experience, as it might help others.
Ive been taking wellwoman for about 2 years now, and noticed a few side effects - one of them was plumper lips.
I also noticed that my boobs had been getting bigger - now for most women this is a positive thing, but I was already quite busty (30DD) and didn't want to be any bigger! I was quite baffled as to what was causing my boobs to get bigger but upon looking into the wellwoman formula realised that the starflower or borage oil was probably the culprit.
Ive since grown 3 inches around the bust , and am now 30E-30EE but don't want to come off wellwoman because of the plumping effect it gives my lips. Its def the wellwoman because if I forget to take wellwoman for longer than 2 days in a row, my lips start looking thin again..
Just something to consider for those looking for natural ways to plump lips/boobs! |

i dont think so its just a multivitamin, but unlike other MVs it contains starflower and evening primrose oil which im convinced led to the increase in my bust size, as starflower (borage oil) is reputed to have that effect
I do think this is a good all round multivitamin, but im thinking of switching to the pregnacare version as it doesnt contain starflower - Im hoping I can reverse this effect on my bust!
Here is the info, though the table may not post correctly:

As you suggested it will be the Starflower Oil, Evening Primrose Oil - and it will also be the Folic Acid -- all of these stimulate estrogen.
I wish vitamin companies wouldnt put so much folic acid into their formulations for women - because there was a news article a few months ago saying that due to folic acid increasing estrogen that women who took it for long periods of times were at an increased risk of breast cancer. I've done a lot of reading about this and found it to be true.
I wouldn't freak out too much though because the article also said that it only increases the risk when 400mcg or more are taken per day over a long period of time. |

Anything that increases estrogen is never a good idea because with the increase the likelihood of getting breast cancer is also increased. Breast cancer directly acts on estrogen so if there is too much the risk becomes greater. |
