I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to dilute this peel I have to a 10%. Can I dlute it with distilled water, rosehip oil, grape seed oil or with some moisturizer? I'd rather use it daily than once a week!!
Thank you |

Geez, have a hard time believing none fo the skincare gurus have had an answer so far on this site
So I had heard you can use distilled water on lactic so I decided to just look it up for glycolic and it appears to be the same process unless someone has a better method.

Thanks for any input! |

I know! I've used 60% GA for years doing my own facial peels, but I always dilute it with distilled water 50/50.
But it would be great to know how it could be diluted down to 10% to use with a carrier of some kind to use every other day or so. There are all kinds of skin care lines who advertise as having 10 in them. I think it would be especially useful on legs & arms in a lotion somehow a few times a week. |

agreed... I know MUA makes a daily serum (should be used every other day) for the face with 15% glycolic and 50% HA Here are the ingredients:
Deionized Water, Glycolic Acid Ultrapure tm (buffered w/ Ammonium Hydroxide), Aloe Vera Gel, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Ethoxydiglycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Benzyl Alcohol (Preservative), Methylisothiazolinone (Preservative)
Here are the ingredients on the glycolic body lotion but not sure if this helps you any:
Purified Water, Capric/Caprylic Triglycerides, Glycolic Acid (15%), Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Octyldodecanol, Dimethicone, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyl Dimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Glyceryl Monostearate, Ceteareth 20, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Lactate, Sodium PCA, Caprylyl Glycol, Niacinamide, Inositol, Sodium Hydroxide, Fragrance, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.
The question is, how do we get the ph right? lol |
