No Lipo Lipo suggestions from Carole Maggiowww.facercise.com
These are the instructions that came with my no lipo lipo kit. While they are meant to be used with her program, they seem to be good suggestions over all.
What do you think? And What would you add to this regimen?
Purchase:
Ester C Powder, which helps avoid bruising
All One Multi Vitamin Powder, for increased energy
Original Synergy Powder
Directions- mix all three powders with half Cranberry Lite and half water. Shake and sip with a straw.
Drink two cups of green tea to boost metabolism
Increase your daily water intake to 64 ounces
Dry brush daily, using your sisal louffa mitt and straw
Don't consume any carbohydrates after 5 p.m. (including fruit, carrots, rice, and bread, pasta, potatoes and wine)
Do eat good protein (e..g. chicken, beef, fish, Eggs) and lots of green vegetables and salads. |

MidnightSunBaby I'm glad you posted this as when I first ordered the kit ages ago I got the same instructions and it appeared others who ordered it at the same time didn't and I was raving because initially I started out without that stuff, and then a short while after starting it I decided to give it a try and it sped everything up hugely for me personally and I swear those supplements do work a wonder. They are definitely pricey without a doubt but I do think you get really good value for your buck. |
