Do you use something before or after and have you noticed this making a difference as compared to using nothing. |

I alternate between 2 pre-treatments: One week I use the LightStim collagen peptide serum + green tea extract. The next week I use Isomers Copper Peptide serum + green tea extract.
After my LS treatment I wait for about an hour before applying anything to let my skin rest. Then I apply retinol (or Retin A, I alternate), then cranberry seed oil as my moisturizer (and/or Shea Terra Organics night serum). About once a week I just apply the oils and no retinol.
I can't compare it to using nothing b/c I've never used nothing. |

I use a supersize Isomers Wrinkle Viper that I added a dram of Green Tea Extract to, before my treatments. I've noticed that when I used my LED on dry, clean skin, it didn't seem to "plump up" and look as rejuvinated. I read somewhere that wet skin absorbs more light than dry. That makes sense if you think back to the days of sun-worshipping (for some of us, anyway) and how we would slather oils on to soak up rays. It worked (too well).
I also found Jason Tea Time Cream for under $13 (total, delivered) and I use it afterward. From what I've read, Green Tea can accelerate the results 10x. (And I take Green Tea oral supplements, also). |
