I've been reading about the benefits of Vit C so I went out and bought some but the things I'm reading online don't suggest that there's any corelation between anti-aging and Vit C. Does anyone have any documentation they can show me to support that it DOES in fact help?
I'm really hoping I didn't waste my money
PS Is it just me or does the search function on here never work? |

I've heard only 10% of vitamin c supplements can make it to the skin so it's best to use a topicals instead. Mind you I still use the supplements as well, some affect is better than no affect. |

Did you buy an oral supplement or a topical serum? Topical serum C is good for preventative measures.
I don't have any issues with the search function but it can be hard sometimes to find the exact topic you are looking for. |
