I tried it. It is ok, definitely not a miracle product but ok for what it is. I wasn't impressed enough with it to continue to use it. |

Is it any good as a makeup primer?
I am using DHC velvet skin coat primer and it does make my pores look a bit smaller and make my skin matte all day- but costs reg price $15 for 15ml.
Nanoblur is $20 for 30ml...
maybe I can find a tester at the store here?
I usually never buy any cosmetics without testing them first.
I usually never use face primer, but the DHC is the only one I like so far. |

I've been reading mixed reviews on ways you can apply this. Some have said it makes a good primer, others have stated it makes a complete mess of things when used under.
It makes me wonder in the reviews I've read if these people are using way too much of the product or not waiting ample time for everything else to settle first. Most of the negative reviews I've seen state it makes a sloppy mess when applied over everything else.
I'm continually on the hunt for the ultimate primer but unfortunately I have not found one that I would call HG.
My old standby is Monostat Chaffing Gel. Cheap and works rather well...just as good, if not better, than most other primers I have tried. Isomers High Def primer is a good one too but all the primers I've tried thus far are just lacking that special BAM factor...not sure exactly what this special "bam" is, but I'm sure I will know it when I see it |
