| Is there a rule where your eyebrows should be the same color as your hair? I have dirty blond hair and my eye brows are black. Should I dye them to the same color as my hair? |

I don't think there is any rules on eye brow colour. Personally, I would leave them dark.
IF you want them lighter you would need to use a bleach (maybe Jolene bleach) for one minute, then wipe off. Colour does not lift colour. |
