I know that genetics, as well as some good cosmetic surgery/products, can do wonders to help stars over 40 age well.

Who do you feel are aging well (regardless of what they've had done or not done) in the entertainment industry?

For me, I would love to know what Jennifer Lopez, Hallie Berry (sp?), Christie Brinkley and Raquel Welch are doing or have had done. Whoever is helping them take care of their faces is a miracle worker.

Now, Susanne Somers, Joan Rivers, Meg Ryan and Mickey Rourke need to just plain stop already. Shock

What are your picks for best and worst aging celebs?

There is no doubt in my mind that they had some help. All did it differently and their genes is part of it also, just like us.

They have to be on top of their maintenance.

Yes, I'm not saying they didn't have help. I'm just saying some do it much better and look so much more natural than others. But having great genetics certainly does help, too.

It's just too bad that some do not know when to stop. Like if a little is good, more just has to be better.

Well, as I get older, I am more tempted to buy all those beauty gadgets that is out on the market now in hopes to retain my youthful skin Laughing

Suzanne Somers is actually looking better than she did a year ago. Madonna, who has had a lot done the last few years, is also looking great...... who knows what the secret is. Maybe it's all a matter of choosing the right doctor.

Did you happen to see Madonna perform at the Super Bowl? She looked great. My mom thought she was 35! She could not believe Madonna was over 50.

Yeah she really looks amazing.

She looked a little smoother onstage than she did in the pre game conference:

Madonna has been criticized in the past for her veiny, bony hands so I wonder if she's had fat injections in the past couple of months which might explain those gloves. The fat must be over-corrected and takes a while to go down. I have the same type of hands and looked into doing this for myself but figured I'd look too weird. I might do Restylane though, which is less drastic but doesn't last as long either.

Having boney hands corresponds with low body fat - guess you can't have everything. Heavier gals tend to have prettier hands. I can't imagine paying for hand injections. I wonder if the increased use of hands would increase loss of product in a quicker time frame?

Thanks for posting those pictures, Gretchen. Wow, I never noticed the thick veins in her neck before! Shock I know your veins get thicker when you work out hard with weights and have low body fat, but I've never seen them so prominent on a woman's neck before.

For crying out loud, the woman is sixty. You'll be lucky to look that good when you're sixty!

Now where's the picture of Brad Pitt showing his sagging features?

The article says she's 54, but the facial expression would not be flattering on anyone, regardless of how good their skin looks while relaxed. I still think she looks great for her age.

Jennifer Lopez allegedly bought a CACI machine so perhaps the "non-surgical facelift machine" is her "miracle worker".

Oooo...thank you for that information. It's probably way out of my price range, but good to know in case I hit the lottery. Wink

More photos from that same luncheon yesterday (taken June, 2012):

As you can see, Huffington Post selected the worst of the bunch. Still an attractive woman IMO, regardless of her age.

That's just greedy. You can share Brad with Tiny. Johhny is mine he has always been mine. Even though my daughter swear if I get him she is going to steal him for herself.

Maybe if we all chip in we can have him cloned. Then there's enough Johnny for all of us.

I think you should have him all to yourself DM. He did recently split with his girlfriend, so he's available. My rule is if you're not old enough to be his mother, then it's ok. Laughing

I much prefer this suggestion, to the one where DarkMoon gets to keep him. Laughing
