I know we are not supposed to use gadgets on our thyroids, but how can you tell where it is so you know where to avoid? I see where it is on a diagram, but how can you be sure that you totally miss the thyroid when you treat your neck? Can you feel it? |

Its just below and to the sides of the Adam's apple. You can feel it move up when you swallow. |

Thanks! Does anyone treat the front of their neck or is it better to just treat the sides? Can you treat over the adam's apple? |
