I ordered a DPL ED light from Aspen Leaf Spa during their Thanksgiving sales. Love it!
But now it is malfunctioning. One of the panels is only lighting up half way. This is the first day that it has happened. I am using it twice a day.

I registered my unit tonight. I emailed Aspen Leaf Spa with my issue. Has this happened to anyone? Any feedback welcome. |

Sorry to hear that your unit flaked out on you, especially since it's not very old.
I was very tempted by their sale too, and almost bought this, but ultimately opted for another LED unit. One of the reasons I didn't buy this was I noticed Aspen Leaf says "no returns" on it. Hopefully since you've got a bad light they'll swap it out for you with a new one.
You should also contact the manufacturer since it's covered by a warranty. If Aspen Leaf won't deal with it, the manufacturer will since it's covered. |

That's a disappointment. I've had mine for about a year and love it.
Why don't you contact the manufacturer directly and see if they would be willing to replace the malfunctioned panel. Here's a link their website & there is a phone number listed.

| Hey guys, just wondering.. is there any DPLs with blue lights for acne scarring? I am in my 20s with bad acne scars and discoloration and wanted to know if you recommend any DPLs? Thankss!!! |

I'm not sure that LED light therapy would actually treat acne scars. To my knowledge, the Blue lights help kill the acne bacteria and diminish and heal active acne.
I purchased an Anti-Aging Red/Blue light panel online from Herbal Power Peel and it works great. They also have the all Blue Acne Light. |
