Hi everyone. I'm 7 weeks pg. I currently use a cream with 10% coco butter and 30% grape seed oil. I apply it to my stomach twice daily. Is there a better formula? Is there anything else I should be doing. This is totally new to me. Don't have marks now and I want to prevent them as much as I can. Thanks. Oh, I do exercise and eat healthy. |

not from experience but I have heard that shea butter as well as rosehip seed oil is great for stretch marks... RH seed oil can also improve the look of existing stretch marks... |

For both of my pregnancies I used a combination of Avocado and Rose hip seed oil (Primavera was the brand I used). It helped with the itchy skin and I have no stretch marks at all. Highly recommend those two oils! Good luck |
