The majority of eye creams are all geared to address UNDER eye circles and puffiness. My under eyes are actually in great shape. What I need help of is very puffy upper eye lids. Even when my upper lids aren't experiencing puffiness they are quite hooded and sagging. I would do anything to resolve this. Including and eye lift but alas that is not in the budget! Thanks! |

You may want to give Perricone Md acyl-glutathione lid serum a try!

There is an eye serum that says for puffy eyes by Elizabeth Grant. Here eye serums are pretty good. If you don't see the product on shop nbc, I'm sure it would be on her website. |

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty to get rid of the excess skin and fat. Don't tug/rub or it'll get worse in time to come. |
